Though he only played his first-ever season for RCB, the cricketer seemed to have a long-standing synergy with the franchise and its players.
It will be safe to say that Glenn Maxwell was the driving force for RCB in the Vivo IPL 2021. The Australian stepped up on several crunch situations and finished on a high. His contribution to the middle order has been paramount. What AB de Villiers used to do before IPL 2021, is done by Glenn Maxwell in the ongoing season.
