IND vs ENG Test Schedule 2024, Full Fixtures: After completing the iconic Ashes 2023, which was retained by Australia, England has set its eyes on the upcoming Test tour of India in 2024. India will host England in early 2024 for a five-game test series.
With England promoting the famous ‘Bazball’ way of playing test cricket, it will be interesting to see how things pan out for the Englishmen when they face the mighty Indian spinners.
Zak Crawley, England opener who scored 480 runs in the five-match Ashes 2023, reckons England is as good in spin as it is with playing pace deliveries and that the players will just have to adapt to situations.
Notably, this time the BCCI has shifted from traditional venues to lesser-known venues in the country. The five-match Test series between India and England will be held in Hyderabad, Rajkot, Ranchi, Dharmshala and Vishakhapatnam.
The IND vs ENG 1st test starts on January 25, 2024, in Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium. The two teams will head to Vishakhapatnam for the second Test of the tour on February 2nd followed by a game in Rajkot, which starts on February 15. The final two games of the England tour of India 2024 will be hosted in Ranchi and Dharmshala respectively.
