The Nassau County International Stadium in New York was set to host the clash between India and Ireland. The fixture began with Rohit Sharma winning the toss and opting to field first.
Rohit Sharma’s decision to bowl first was supported by his bowling unit, which bundled out the entire Ireland playing 11 for just 96 runs in 16 overs. The destruction began with Arshdeep Singh picking two wickets in his second over.
