At first, it was a surprise to push Suresh Raina at four and bring Moeen Ali at his place but the bold step worked for MS Dhoni-led-CSK. In 6 games for CSK in Vivo IPL 2021, Moeen Ali scored 206 runs with a strike rate of 157.25 and tonked 22 fours and 12 sixes.
Suresh Raina:
Suresh Raina didn’t have the best of IPL seasons in Vivo IPL 2021, however, he has been a consistent performer. He is amongst the highest run-getters of the IPL and also scored a good half-century in the opening game against Delhi Capitals (DC) in IPL 2021.
