Vivo IPL 2021: Shreyas Iyer available for the second phase of IPL 2021 for Delhi Capitals (DC).
Vivo IPL 2021: Delhi Capitals (DC) young batsman and skipper Shreyas Iyer on Monday stated that he will be all fit to feature for Delhi Capitals (DC) in the upcoming second leg of the Indian Premier League (IPL) which is slated to be held in the UAE.
Iyer suffered a major blow on his shoulders during the ODI series against England earlier this year and due to which, he was completely ruled out of the IPL 2021 leg which was held in India.
Following the injury, DC management showed faith in young southpaw wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant and handed him the leadership roles.
“My shoulder… yes, I think the healing process is done. Now it’s the last stage of achieving strength and range. So that’s going to take about a month and the training is obviously going on. Other than that, I feel, I will be there in the IPL,” the DC batsman told The Grade Cricketer’s YouTube channel.
