Ashes 2023: England to make some bold changes for the Headingley Test; Harry Brook to bat at No.3 – Reports
England would be gutted with the way they have performed in the first two games. They were favourites to win both the matches and it’s fair to say that they could’ve won both the games but they failed to clinch the clutch moments.
The third match of the Ashes 2023 is now slated to take place on Thursday (6th July). Going into the match England would be putting in a lot of thinking as the series will be on line for them. They haven’t lost a series at home against Australia since 2001 and would be under serious pressure.
They have suffered a blow as well as Ollie Robinson has been ruled out of the series and it’ll be a headache for them about who will bat at No.3. But as per the reports in Telegraph, it is learned that the coach Brendon McCullum and skipper Ben Stokes have asked Harry Brook to bat in top order.
