Asia Cup 2023 Format
This season of the Asia Cup will be held in One Day International (ODI) format owing to the impending ICC Cricket World Cup 2023. The Asia Cup 2023 will provide an ideal opportunity to test the preparedness for all six participating teams.
The tournament will kickstart with the Group Stage, followed by a Super 4 round to get the winner. Six teams have been divided into two groups of three teams each. The teams will play inside their respective group in the Group stage and the top two teams from both groups will head into the Super 4 round.
In the Super 4 round, the teams will play against each of the three other teams and at the end of the Super 4, the top two sides will proceed to play the final of the Asia Cup 2023.
