Asia Cup 2023: Virat Kohli passes YoYo test ahead of Asia Cup; Check his score

Indian batter Virat Kohli passed the Yo-Yo fitness test with flying colours ahead of the Asia Cup 2023. The premier batter underwent the test at NCA in Bengaluru on Thursday (24th August) and passed it with a score of 17.2. 

Virat Kohli himself posted the news about him passing the Yo-Yo test. The Indian batter posted a story on his Instagram account and gave the fans a glimpse about what is doing at NCA ahead of the Asia Cup.

Virat Kohli along with Team India will be undergoing a camp at NCA in Bengaluru ahead of the Asia Cup 2023. The training begins today (24th August) and it’ll be a five-day camp. The Indian team will travel to Colombo for the tournament as per the reports in ESPNCricinfo. 

India’s team for the Asia Cup 2023 too have been announced and it is also learned that BCCI has designed a program chart during the 2 week break for players who weren’t part of the Ireland series.

The players need to follow 9 hours of sleep, Gym, walking, do yoga, swimming and a certain amount of protein daily. This is because BCCI wants all players to be fit for the next 3 months so that they remain fit in Asia Cup 2023 as well as the ICC World Cup.

The upcoming Asia Cup 2023 will be a great opportunity for the Indian Cricket Team to rectify their batting order and get all the things in the right place before the ICC World Cup 2023.
