The Australian cricket Team has revealed their playing XI for the final of the ICC World Test Championship against the South African cricket Team. The summit clash between the teams is all set to take place at the Lord's Cricket Ground in London on Wednesday, 11th June.
Australia Cricket Team has announced the new opening pair for the ICC World Test Championship final. Usman Khawaja will be opening the innings alongside Travis Head, who performs the role of the opener mostly in Asian conditions, having performed the job in Sri Lanka last.
Marnus Labuschagne will be batting at three, followed by Steve Smith at four. The duo has been the backbone of the team for the last few years, and they will be holding the key for the team in the final of the ICC World Test Championship against South Africa.
Cameron Green will be making a comeback for Australia after almost one year. He will be there alongside Beau Webster. The duo is expected to play a crucial role for the team with bat and ball. With English conditions favouring, they are likely to play a major part.
Alex Carey will be the keeper-batter for Australia in the final of the ICC World Test Championship. The pace battery will include skipper Pat Cummins, Josh Hazlewood and Mitchell Starc. Nathan Lyon will be the specialist spinner in the team.
