BAN vs ENG 2023: While India and England are entertaining fans on the cricket field with their fearless brand of cricket, Wasim Jaffer and Michael Vaughan are making sure that they keep cricket lovers entertained off the field. The two former cricketers have left no stone unturned in pulling each other’s leg on social media whenever England or India have suffered defeats. The hilarious banters between them have been enthralling to watch and it has given immense joy to fans across the globe.
The classical social banter between Jaffer and Vaughan was once again at the display as the former Indian cricketer wasted no time to troll his old mate and the English cricket team after they suffered a disappointing 3-0 white wash against Bangladesh in the T20I series.
As England was thumped by Bangladesh, Jaffer took to his official Twitter account and mocked Vaughan for the Jos Buttler-led side’s defeat. He posted a picture of himself wearing Bangladesh’s training kit and trolled the former English cricketer, saying: “long time no see.” Notably, Jaffer was part of Bangladesh U-19’s coaching set up.

Notably, Vaughan was the first one to take a jibe at the Indian team and Jaffer when Bangladesh thumped India in the ODI series a few days back. The home side crushed India by 3-1 in the three-match series to defeat them for the second time in bilateral series since 2015 Cricket World Cup.

BAN vs ENG 2023: Bangladesh thumps England by 3-0 in the T20I series
Bangladesh Cricket Team created history as they whitewashed England in the three-match T20I series. It was the first-ever series between the two in the shortest format of the game and the hosts made sure that they made it rememberable. The results didn’t go in their favour in the ODI series but they made a thrilling comeback and crushed the World Champions in T20Is.
They kick-started the series with a 6-wicket in Chattogram as they batted staggering well and started the series on high. The win in the first game was followed by a 4-wicket victory in Dhaka as they bowled staggering well to bundle out the opposition for just 117 runs and chase the target easily. With the series already in the bag, they achieved the massive feat as they completed the whitewash by pounding England by 16 runs in the last game.
