“Delhi Capitals to win the Cup this year,” Jacques Kallis predicted the champions for IPL 2023

“Delhi Capitals to win the Cup this year,” Jacques Kallis predicted the champions for IPL 2023: The Cricket Festival of India, “Indian Premier League” is commencing today on 31 March. Predictions and hopes are all around and Jacques Kallis predicted the same flow. The veteran South African all-rounder Jacques Kallis predicted on Thursday that Delhi Capitals will win the IPL 2023 title.

The tournament will begin today with Gujarat Titans, the reigning champions, taking on Chennai Super Kings, the four-time champions. According to Kallis, Delhi Capitals will win the IPL 2023 trophy, with Mumbai Indians as the other front-runner.

The Delhi Capitals have never secured the IPL title before. Their greatest result came in the IPL 2020, where they came in second place after falling just short against Mumbai Indians in the championship game. The Delhi Capitals barely missed a playoff ticket the last season, finishing fifth in the points table with seven victories and an equal number of defeats.

In contrast, the Mumbai Indians have claimed five IPL titles in 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2020. They completed the previous season with just four victories in 14 games and a total of eight points.

Jacques Kallis predicted that DC and MI will play the final and this time, he thinks, Delhi Capitals will win the IPL trophy. He said to Star Sports, “It is always difficult to predict which teams are going to be in the IPL playoff because the teams are so evenly matched. But I have got a feeling this year that it is going to be between Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals, with Delhi taking the cup.”
