Mitchell Marsh has left the Australian team ahead of the ENG vs AUS and has flown back home due to personal reasons. The all-rounder had some family issues and has been ruled out of the ICC World Cup 2023 for an indefinite period of time.
This will come as a massive blow for Australia as Mitchell Marsh has been in the red hot form. He played breathtaking knocks for the team at the top and played a great role in his team making a comeback after two losses in the ICC World Cup 2023.

Glenn Maxwell had another freak injury and faced a concussion. He will be missing the ENG vs AUS game as under the protocols of concussion, he will need 6 days to recover. He was playing golf on Monday (30th October) evening and on the way back to the hotel from the clubhouse, he fell off the cart.
The Australian all-rounder was holding onto the back of the cart because of a lack of space. He lost his grip and fell following which he showed signs of concussion. Cameron Green is also likely to come into the mix as Australia has only 13 players available in the team.
