The leadership of a team can be either "Make it or Break it". So, here's a quick look at the captains that will be showing up at the ICC T20 World Cup.

Kane Williamson Might Captain New Zealand at the ICC T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia: 

India vs New Zealand: Kane Williamson opts out of T20I series against India, focus on Test

Kane Williamson is expected to captain the Kiwis. The reason I am writing “might” is that Kane is out of international contention for a very long time. Tom Latham or Tim Southee or Martin Guptill might step up in that case. Kane is the ideal choice. It is expected that the New Zealand Cricket Board will manage him very well. New Zealand has a great chance with Lockie Ferguson in the bowling line-up and with the experience of Martin Guptill at the top.
