Yashasvi Jaiswal outclassed many bowlers with his performance and also overshadowed the likes of Jos Buttler, Sanju Samson and others in his team. He ended as a leader and run-getter for the team and was the main behind their success this season. He scored 625 runs in 14 games at a strike rate of 163.61. Also, he scored one hundred and 5 fifties this season.

ICC T20 World Cup 2024: Gautam Gambhir backs Yashasvi Jaiswal to be part for India squad for the tournament
With Yashasvi Jaiswal doing rounds around Indian cricket, former Indian cricketer Gautam Gambhir has backed him to be in the Indian squad for the ICC T20 World Cup 2024. The tournament will take place during the month of July-July in USA and the Caribbean next year.
Yashasvi Jaiswal has been named in the Indian squad for the T20Is against West Indies and it’s expected that he will make his debut for the team. He made his Test debut recently and set the stage on fire after he smashed 171 runs and showed great potential.
