The ICC World Cup 2023 didn’t have an opening ceremony. This raised quite a few eyebrows as many wondered about why the big event didn’t have opening celebrations. However, BCCI now is all set to give fans something special ahead of the India vs Pakistan game.
As per the reports in Danik Jagron, it is learned that BCCI will hold a ceremony ahead of the IND vs PAK game on 14th October in ICC World Cup 2023. The reports have suggested that there will be a colourful programme ahead of the game at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

Star Indian singer Arjit Singh has been called up and he will be performing in front of thousands of fans. The Indian celebrity, however, had delivered a performance in the Narendra Modi Stadium earlier this year as well. He was present there during the IPL opening ceremony.
The reports also suggested that Amitabh Bachchan, Rajinikanth and Sachin Tendulkar have also been invited by the BCCI and they will be attending the game. Apart from this various reports have suggested that Indian Home Minister Amit Shah will also be present there.
