ICC World Cup 2023 Tickets: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), last evening, announced the updated schedule for the ICC World Cup 2023 following concerns about security on various occasions. Soon after announcing the revised schedule, the International Cricket Council (ICC) also released the date for the sale of World Cup tickets.
The BCCI tweaked as many as nine fixtures in the revised schedule, which include the hyped IND vs PAK game on October 15, which will now be played on October 14, at the Narendra Modi Stadium.
The marquee tournament will begin on October 5 with England starting its defence against the runner-up of the 2019 World Cup, New Zealand at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
Talking about the ICC World Cup 2023 tickets, the ICC has planned to release match tickets in various phases to avoid confusion among fans. The match tickets for non-India matches will go live earlier than that for the India matches.
The first batch of ICC World Cup 2023 tickets will go live on August 25, which will be for all non-India warm-up games and non-India event matches. on August 30, tickets for India’s warm-up matches in Guwahati and Thiruvananthapuram will go live.
The ticket sale for India’s actual group matches in the WC 2023 will be pushed one by one. Firstly, the tickets for India’s matches in Chennai, Delhi and Pune would be sold, followed by the tickets for Dharmshala, Mumbai and Lucknow and so on.

August 25: Tickets for non-India warm-up matches and non-India group matches.
August 30: Tickets for India’s warm-up matches in Thiruvananthapuram and Guwahati
August 31: India matches at Chennai (vs Australia on Oct 8), Delhi (vs Afghanistan on Oct 11) and Pune (vs Bangladesh on Oct 19)
September 1: India matches at Dharamsala (vs New Zealand on Oct 22), Lucknow (vs England on Oct 29) and Mumbai (vs Sri Lanka on Nov 02)
September 2: India matches at Bengaluru (vs the Netherlands on Nov 12) and Kolkata (vs South Africa on Nov 05)
September 3: India matches at Ahmedabad (vs Pakistan on Oct 14)
September 15: Semi-finals (at Mumbai and Kolkata) and Final (at Ahmedabad)
How to Book Tickets for IND vs PAK match
The ICC has informed all cricket fans across the globe to register themselves on their website to get regular updates on the announcement of the sale of World Cup 2023 tickets.
The sale will be live on ICC’s official website and across various ticket partners such as PayTM Insider and BookMyShow. The IND vs PAK match tickets will be live on sale on September 03, the timing for which will be revealed by ICC in due time.
