IND vs ENG Test Series 2024: One of the most awaited Test series between the two strong rivals is just around the corner as England is touring India for a 5-match test series to be played from January 25 to March 11, 2024. This post will lead you to the much-anticipated IND vs ENG Schedule, Updated Full Squads, Venues, Timings, Streaming and Broadcasting Details.

Many are calling this tour of England a real test for Bazball, and many are backing them. A few days back, England Cricket Team’s head coach Brendon McCullum said “We have got a huge challenge against a very good Indian team in five Tests in India. I am excited about it because you want to test yourself against the best side, and I genuinely believe that India are the best in their own conditions.”

The first match of the IND vs ENG Test series will take place in Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium on January 25. The next four red-ball matches will take place in Visakhapatnam, Rajkot, Ranchi, and Dharamsala. The English team has landed in India on Saturday, January 20.

Indian Cricket Team was asked by BCCI to reassemble at Hyderabad on January 20 for team meetings and practice sessions. Team India will be missing the services of Cheteshwar Pujara and Ajinkya Rahane as it seems BCCI has decided to break ways with them and try new options.

As per recent reports, England’s top-order batsman Harry Brook has returned home from the team’s tour to India ahead of the first test, which is scheduled to start on January 25. The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) stated in a press release that Brook returned to London on Sunday, January 20, for personal reasons. Brook will not return to India for the whole five-match series, and England’s selectors have announced Dan Lawrence as his replacement.

Brook, a key component of the Bazball notion, will be tough to replace in both the squad and the starting lineup. Brook will most likely be replaced in the starting 11 by Ollie Pope.
