IND vs PAK: Pakistan ordered to win at any cost against India in 2025 ICC Champions Trophy

Pakistan National Cricket Team has been ordered by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi to win against India at any cost in the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy. The match between two arch-rivals is set to take place on Sunday at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai. 

Pakistan National Cricket Team put hard yards in their preparations for the game against India in the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy. The Mohammad Rizwan-led side worked hard a day ahead of the match at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai. 

However, their practice session was interrupted was PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi. He categorically told players to win  "at any cost" to silence critics. He was seen having a chat with captain Mohammad Rizwan and head coach Aqeeb Javed and was involved in a lengthy conversation.

The reports in PTI claimed that Mohsin Naqvi told players to give their best to "silence their critics, including himself." The PCB Chairman was seen having long chat with even pacers in Shaheen Afridi and Haris Rauf, passing valuable inputs. 

The IND vs PAK clash will be extremely important for the Pakistan National Cricket Team. They lost the first game of the tournament against New Zealand, and the match against arch-rivals will be a knockout game for them, if they win, they will stay in the hunt and make the road difficult for India. 

Mohsin Naqvi also addressed the media, saying that it will be a great game and he is confident that his team will win. He explained: 

"It would be a great game, and our team is fully prepared, and in my opinion, they are in form. We are with our team, whether they win or lose." 

India, on the other hand, started the 2025 ICC Champions Trophy on high. The Rohit Sharma-led side beat Bangladesh in their opening game and would be keen to win their second game. The win in the match against Pakistan will almost ensure them a place in the semi-final.
