IND vs SA 3rd T20I: Strongest Playing11 for India & South Africa: The three-match T20I series between India and South Africa has reached its climax as we discuss the playing combination for the 3rd T20I, scheduled to commence on December 14. New Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg will host the fixture, starting at 8:30 PM IST.
The T20I series got an unexpected intruder in rain to start the series with. The first T20I between India and South Africa couldn’t even see the toss due to poor weather conditions. Incessant rain played spoilsport in Durban, a few nights ago, and the game ended in a no-result.
With one game already lost to rain, the remaining two games become important for the participating teams. More so, if a big competition is lined up ahead, next year.
India took a hit in the second T20I held in Gqeberha. Despite doing good with their batting, India’s bowling remained concerning. Indian bowlers leaked runs aplenty in the powerplay itself and subsequently lost the game by five wickets.
Now the third IND vs SA fixture poses a do-or-die situation for the Indians. The visitors can’t win the series now, the only possible fruitful result for them is to draw the three-game T20I series 1-1 by winning the third T20I. If they lose this one as well, the Proteas will clinch the T20I series comfortably 2-0.
In the upcoming third T20I, India’s playing11 is expected to undergo a couple of changes. Down below we have discussed a few of them.

Team India played Shubman Gill in the second game as a replacement for Ruturaj Gaikwad, who suffered a minor back spasms. Gaikwad is likely to return to the playing11 in the third game.
In another change, Ravi Bishnoi could be introduced into the playing combination once again for the last T20I, replacing Kuldeep Yadav. Bishnoi has memorable outings against Australia in home conditions.
The other changes to the side may include the comeback of Shreyas Iyer for Jitesh Sharma and pacer Deepak Chahar for Arshdeep Singh.
