IND vs SA: India begin their first T20 match today at Durham, as this will mark the beginning of the four-match T20 series between the two teams.
The last time India travelled to South Africa for a similar T20 series, it ended in a draw, as neither of the two teams won a match each, while one match was washed off due to rain. Suryakumar Yadav, the then captain of the T20I series, marked a series-leveling performance then.
However, the Proteas would look to harvest their grudge from the World Cup T20 final, while India will climb the ladder once again. South Africa, with their newly launched squad, will look to bounce back after their set of losses in the shortest format since the T20 World Cup final at Barbados.
Also, the two nations, India and South Africa have registered the maximum number of players in the mega-auction, and this series will be the last chance for many players to prep for the IPL mega-auction.
