The opening pair of Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill are likely to play against Sri Lanka. They have been in the red hot form and smashed two back-to-back century stands against Nepal and Pakistan. They would be crucial for the team in the upcoming IND vs SL game.
Virat Kohli is also likely to play the IND vs SL game as management would want their premier batters to get as much as game time they can get because of the World Cup.
