The jampacked schedule for the Indian cricket team is ahead. They are one of the most celebrated teams across the world as they play throughout the year and give immense entertainment to the fans. BCCI recently announced the home season, according to which exciting cricket is on the Frey.
India is currently in the Carribean. They recently finished the Test series and will be now up in the ODI and the T20I series. After the tour against West Indies, they are slated to tour Ireland for the three-match T20I series. The series will begin on the 18th of August whereas the second and third games are scheduled to be played on the 20th and 23rd August.
It’ll be time for the Asia Cup 2023 after that. The event will begin from 31st August to 17th September. 4 games will be played in Pakistan whereas the rest of the matches will be played in Sri Lanka. Following the Asia Cup 2023, Indian cricket team is slated to lock horns against Australia in the three-match series which will be an ideal preparation for World Cup. The three games will be played from 22nd September to 27th September.
After that, a second-string Indian cricket team will travel to China for the Asian Games from 28th September to 8th October. BCCI has named the squad for the tournament and Ruturaj Gaikwad will captain the team. On the other hand senior team will be involved in ICC ICC World Cup 2023, which will be played in India from 5th October to 19th October. The Men in Blue will play their first game on 8th October.

After the ICC World Cup, the remaining part of the Australia series will be played as Indian cricket team will face them in the five-match T20I series. The series will begin three days are the World Cup concludes. The two teams will be up against each other from 23rd November to 3rd December.
Indian cricket team will then end the year in South Africa. The Rohit Sharma-led side will play two Tests, three ODIs and three T20Is during their tour. The tour will begin with T20Is to be played from 10th December to 14th December. Following that three ODIs will be played from 17th to 21st December. The tour ends with Test series to be played from 26th December to 7th January.
The Rohit Sharma-led side will be hosting Afghanistan then in the three-match T20I series from 11th January to 17th January. Following that England will tour India for the five-match Test series, to be played from 25th January to 11th March.
