After the completion of the ongoing India tour of New Zealand, the Men in Blue are scheduled to travel to Bangladesh. India tour of Bangladesh will begin on December 4 with a three-match ODI series, followed by two Test matches. Both teams have released their respective squads for the series and the latest is Bangladesh to announce the squad.
Bangladesh has picked a full-strength squad for the ODI series against India as World Cup 2023 preparations get off. Veteran all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan made his return to the BCB’s 16-man squad for the forthcoming ODI series against India. As Shakib decided not to participate in Bangladesh’s most recent white-ball trip to Zimbabwe in July-August, the tourists lost the ODI leg 2-1. Shakib is prepared to play under Tamim Iqbal’s captaincy. Now Team India, led by Rohit Sharma, is visiting the host country for the first time since 2015.

However, injuries have brought India down once more. Ravindra Jadeja has been ruled out of the ODI series against Bangladesh. After having knee surgery, he is still healing. Yash Dayal, who gained his first call-up to the India team, is also out due to a lower back issue.
The two replacements in the ODI team are the fast bowler Kuldeep Sen and the all-around player Shahbaz Ahmed. Kuldeep Sen was expected to be in New Zealand with the ODI team. But he will now be traveling to Bangladesh.
