IND vs NZ Dream11 Prediction 21st Match World Cup 2023 | India vs New Zealand Dream11 Team, HPCA Stadium Pitch Report, India Playing 11

IND vs NZ Dream11 Prediction: Rohit Sharma-led Team India will face Tom Latham-spearheaded New Zealand at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharmshala in match 21 of the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup 2023. The contest will be held on October 22, starting at 2:00 PM IST. This article will lead you through all the necessary details of the fixture including – IND vs NZ Dream11 Prediction 21st Match World Cup 2023 | India vs New Zealand Dream11 Team, HPCA Stadium Pitch Report, India Playing 11.

India and New Zealand have emerged as the two top sides in the ongoing edition of the World Cup. Both teams are going from strength to strength and have been unbeaten so far in the tournament. With four wins from as many games, New Zealand and India sit atop the World Cup 2023 Points Table with the net run rate being the only difference.

Interstingly, in tomorrow’s fixture, one of the team’s unbeaten status will be put to a halt while the other side will enjoy a commanding five-match winning streak in the tournament.

Ahead of the fixture, India have already copped a blow with an injury to premier all-rounder Hardik Pandya, who hurt his left ankle in the game against Bangladesh. Pandya has been confirmed to miss the IND vs NZ fixture in Dharmshala and has not travelled with the Indian team for the game.

On the other side, New Zealand have been struggling with an injury to their skipper, Kane Williamson. But, it is worth noting that the Kiwis have managed to cover the loss of the skipper nicely enough so far in the World Cup 2023. With, or without, the services of Kane Williamson, New Zealand have managed to pull up four wins on the trot.

The major threat to the Indian team would be the pace battery of New Zealand, which will find it quite easy in Dharmshala to extract the in-air movement early in the innings. The likes of Trent Boult, Mat Henry, and Lockie Ferguson would be raring to lock horns against India.

Below is IND vs NZ Dream11 Prediction 21st Match World Cup 2023 | India vs New Zealand Dream11 Team, HPCA Stadium Pitch Report, India Playing 11.

A lot of how players will perform depends upon the nature of the surface. Dharmshala hasn’t produced any one-sided surface so far and we expect the same for the IND vs NZ contest. The players who are amongst runs will be crucial and must be in the Dream11 Team. The pacers like Trent Boult, Jasprit Bumrah, and Matt Henry will also be quite interesting to watch if there is some live grass left on the surface.

HPCA Stadium Pitch Report, India vs New Zealand

The Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA) Stadium in Dharmshala has a history of getting exploited by the pacers. With the live grass on the surface, the seamers get movement aplenty to trouble the batters. But fortunately for the batters, it hasn’t behaved as aforementioned so far in the ICC World Cup 2023. In this very same ground, a few days ago, England racked up a total of 364 runs, which gives enough indication that the surface is going to be balanced.

IPL 2024 to be held in India amid rumours of tournament moving out of India due to elections – Reports

0

The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 has been one of the prime topics for the cricket fraternity in India. The venue for the tournament since the last few months has been in talks. The event taking in India looked bleak a few months ago and there was a high possibility of the tournament being played in some other country.

The reason behind this has been the Lok Sabha Elections in India, which is expected to take place in April-May, a window during which IPL is generally played. The tournament was shifted to South Africa in 2009 and then the first half of the event was played in UAE in 2014 due to elections.

Various reports suggested that similar to what happened earlier, IPL in 2024 will be moved outside. UAE and South Africa emerged as prime countries to host the tournament and might still be the option if it won’t be possible to host the tournament in India.

However, amid all the speculations, IPL chairman Arun Dhumal has expressed his confidence in hosting IPL 2024 in India itself. As per the reports in Danik Jagron, it is learned that the governing body official said that the tournament will be played alongside elections in the country.

Arun Dhumal also mentioned that they will be making suitable arrangements and revealed that they will be announcing the schedule of IPL 2024 after the dates of the election are finalised. There are possibilities of tournament happening in India as during 2019 a similar thing happened, the tournament coincided with elections.

The IPL 2024 moving out of India can be a huge loss for BCCI as it generates a huge amount of money. The tournament is rated as the richest league in the world and is on the same page with NBA, EPL and other leagues across the globe. BCCI would be making every possible effort to host the tournament in India.

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) emerged as winners of the IPL 2023. The MS Dhoni-led side played like champions throughout the tournament as they batted and bowled magnificently well. Not only one or two individuals but entire team stood tall and it was a collective effort from their end.

Chennai Super Kings defeated Gujarat Titans by 5 wickets in the final of the 16th edition at the Narendra Modi International Stadium in Ahmedabad. This was their 5th title in the tournament and they are now on the same page with Mumbai Indians as the teams with the most trophies in the IPL.

IND vs NZ: India Playing 11 for the game against New Zealand prediction

IND vs NZ: India will be up against New Zealand in their fifth game of the ICC World Cup 2023. The match will take place in Dharamsala on Sunday (22nd October) and it’ll be a contest to watch as both teams are undefeated in the tournament. The Men in Blue has played a dominant brand of cricket and are looking favourites for the title but they will be wary of the Kiwi challenge as they have yet to register victory over them in ICC events since 2003.

IND vs NZ is likely to be one of the most exciting clashes in the tournament so far. The conditions in Dharamsala assist seamers more and it’ll be a great test for the batter of both teams.

Coming to the Indian playing XI, captain Rohit Sharma and young Shubman Gill will be donning the top spots. The duo has been in terrific form and has looked to take on bowlers early on in the innings. They would be hoping to do the same in IND vs NZ but against Trent Boult, it won’t be as easy as they think.

Virat Kohli, who will bat at No.3, will be coming into the game on account of his terrific century against Bangladeshi. The Indian top three have looked in tremendous touch in the ICC World Cup and there’s no brainer that they will be batting in their positions against New Zealand.

Shreyas Iyer didn’t have a great outing against Bangladesh as he went for would hoic and ended up getting caught. But he’s likely to retain his place in the team for IND vs NZ. KL Rahul has been India’s best middle-order batter in the World Cup and there’s no brainer that he bat at No.5.

Hardik Pandya has been ruled out of the IND vs NZ game. He faced ankle injury against Bangladesh and was deemed unfit for the game. In his place, it is expected that India might bring in Suryakumar Yadav in the mix as an extra batter.

Ravindra Jadeja is expected to play crucial role with bat, especially in the absence of Hardik Pandya. Apart from this, he will be handling as spin bowling department with Kuldeep Yadav, who has been India’s prime spinner, in IND vs NZ.

With Hardik Pandya not being there, India will have only 5 bowling options and therefore they are unlikely to play Shardul Thakur as the fifth seamer. Mohammad Shami might be included in the XI and the conditions in Dharamsala would be in favour of him. He along with Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammad Siraj can be lethal in Dharamsala wicket.

Here’s India’s XI for the game against New Zealand prediction

IND vs NZ: Two key players to watch out in the game between India and New Zealand

One of the key players to watch out for in IND vs NZ will be captain Rohit Sharma. The Indian skipper has come out with real intent and has tried to take on bowlers early on in the innings. He has struggled against left-arm pacers in his career but in this World Cup, he has looked completely different against them. He has batted with an open stance against them and has tried to put pressure on pacers.

Another player that would be under the spotlight is Trent Boult. The Kiwi pacer has dismantled the Indian batting lineup on many occasions and would be hoping to do the same this time around as well. With Dharamsala wicket offering swing, he will be very threatening in the game.

ICC Men’s World Cup 2023 Points Table, Pakistan fall out of TOP 4 | World Cup 2023 Standing after Australia vs Pakistan

ICC Men’s World Cup 2023 Points Table: Pat Cummins-led Australia registered back-to-back wins in the ongoing ICC Men’s World Cup 2023 after going down in the first two matches. To bring up their second victory, Australia defeated Pakistan by 62 runs at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on October 20. With the win, Australia stormed into the top four of the ICC Men’s World Cup 2023 Points Table, while Pakistan has slipped down in the standings. This article will lead you through the World Cup 2023 Standing and ICC Men’s World Cup 2023 Points Table Updated after the Australia vs Pakistan fixture.

Australia rode on the back of two centuries from openers David Warner and Mitchell Marsh to put up a demanding total of 367 runs. Warner and Marsh stitched a record-breaking opening partnership at the Chinnaswamy Stadium, punishing the Pakistani bowlers for everything loose they bowl.

The two batters stitched a whopping 259-run opening partnership before the first breakthrough. Mitch Marsh was the first man to be dismissed at a score of 121 runs. Warner, who had also completed his century, was still in the middle and scored runs for fun. The southpaw scored 163 runs and put Australia on a path to a massive total.

However, Australia couldn’t get any more fruitful partnerships barring David Warner and Mitchell Marsh. Marcus Stoinis was the only batter who crossed 20 runs, besides the two centuries, and the remaining players couldn’t even go past the 15-run mark. In fact, most of the batters were removed cheaply in a single-digit score.

Despite such a rampaging start to the innings, Australia could only muster 367 runs total in 50 overs in the loss of nine wickets.

Just like Australia, Pakistan also received a strong platform to launch their innings. The openers added 134 runs for the opening partnership and the stage was all set for a big chase. But both the openers were soon dismissed by Marcus Stoinis in his two successive overs which derailed Pakistan’s innings.

Skipper Babar Azam was expected to return to his form, but it was just not meant to be. The Pakistani skipper was dismissed cheaply at a score of 18 runs.

Wicketkeeper batter Mohammad Rizwan tried to put up some show in Chinnaswamy, but he too perished after playing a knock of 46 runs in 40 balls. There were small contributions from other players in the chase as well, however, those were too few to threaten the Australian total of 367 runs.

Australian bowlers bowled out Pakistan at a score of 305 runs in 54.3 overs and won the contest by 62 runs. The win put Australia in a strong position to once again resurrect in the ICC Men’s World Cup 2023.

ICC ODI World Cup 2023: Players with Most Runs and Most Wickets So Far in World Cup 2023| Player Ranking 1 – 10

ICC ODI World Cup 2023: Players with Most Runs and Most Wickets: After a dominating victory over Pakistan by 62 runs, Australia are back on the winning track. Warner-Marsh’s record 259 runs opening stand set the tone and Adam Zampa ensured that the job was done. With his marvelous innings, David Warner has made his entry into the top 10 run scorers in the World Cup 2023. This post reads the Players with the most runs and most wickets so far in the World Cup 2023.

Pakistan won the toss and took a good decision to bowl first at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore. With the tight line and movement in the air, Shaheen forced Warner to play ball in the air but Usama Mir dropped the simplest of the catches. Haris Rauf went for 24 runs in his first over and 47 in 3 and that’s where the problem started to build for Pakistan.

Marsh and Warner played at a similar pace of over 100 strike rate and put forth a record 259 runs opening stand in just 33 overs where both completed their centuries. Warner was ruthless against Rauf, scoring 163 off 124, and helped lead his team to a big total of 367. Australia’s middle order and tail were cut down for short by Shaheen Afridi who took a fifer.

Pakistan offered a 134-run opening stand in response where Abdullah Shafique(64) and Imam-ul-Haq(71) gave them a near-perfect start. But similar to the past few outings, Babar Azam failed again, and his poor run continues. Rizwan offered a bit of resistance but it was never going to be enough against that lethal bowling performance. All just went in vain and Australia won the match by 62 runs.

Below are the complete details of the ICC ODI World Cup 2023: Players with Most Runs and Most Wickets So Far in World Cup 2023| Player Ranking 1 – 10.

He has scored 294 runs in the 4 innings in this World Cup with an average of 98. Following him are the two Indian top players- Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli.

Following his 163-run stand against Pakistan, David Warner has entered the top 10 of the most runs list. He got some good starts in some previous outings as well but wasn’t able to utilize them but he did it yesterday. He sits 6th with 228 runs in his kitty with an average of 57.

Rohit Sharma entered the top run-scorers list after his 131 against Afghanistan and he is number 2 with a batting average of 66.25. Chase Master Virat Kohli is third there in the list with a total of 259 runs in 4 innings with an average of 129.50.
