Jason Jonathan Roy is a South African English cricket player who plays for England in limited-over matches, and for Surrey County Cricket Club in domestic cricket. Jason Roy was a part of the England team that won the 2019 Cricket World Cup, and Roy holds the record for the highest individual One Day International (ODI) innings by an England batsman. Joseph Edward Root is an English international cricket player who is the present captain of England in Test cricket. Joe Root also represents Yorkshire in domestic cricket.
