Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021: The fourteenth edition of Indian Premier League (2021) is almost certain to take place in April 2021. The mega-event will be thrilling and exciting for the fans as the tournament will be held in India with the crowds. Unlike last time, where IPL was shifted to UAE due to pandemic and the games were held without the fans.

Although the season of the cash-rich league is filled with thrill and enjoyment, many of the players will bid their bye to cricket. The list includes the players who are quite aged and are on the wrong side of the 30s.

List of Players who might play their last IPL season this year:

MS Dhoni:

The most prominent name in the list is of Mahendra Singh Dhoni (MSD). The 39- years old cricketer is unlikely to continue his cricketing run and might take retirement from the T20 tournaments. Dhoni last year took retirement from ODI and T20Is. He has lead his side CSK to title three times in 2010,2011,2018.

Imran Tahir:

The South African spinner is also in the list to discontinue his IPL run. Tahir is not a regular face in the national side for South Africa and the 41 years old might take retirement after the IPL 2021. 

Dwayne Bravo:

Another CSK player in the list is Carrebian cricketer, Dwayne Bravo. Playing for Chennai, Bravo has played dozens of match-winning knocks in his career. He has been part of IPL since the inception in 2008 and 2021 could be his final call for the franchise. Fans might see him in CSK camp as the bowling coach or as a mentor.

Amit Mishra:

The first cricketer to take T20 hat-trick, Amit Mishra might settle him with just one more IPL season. He is retained by DC for the coming IPL season, however, the 38 years old cricketer is unlikely to go for one more season.
