IPL 2022 Mega Auction: Complete List of Players to go under hammer at different base prices: The Indian Premier League (IPL) season fifteen mega auction is just around the corner and the tournament is getting all the needed hype from all across the globe to make it exciting for the fans as well as for the stakeholders. The pundits have already begun to make their predictions on different aspects of the tournament as well as on the mega auction.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), earlier, informed that the IPL 2022 Mega Auction will be held on 12th and 13th February in Bengaluru. The two days affair is going to be exciting for everyone involved as this could very well be the last mega auction conducted by the BCCI.

The popularity of the tournament is such that as many as 1,214 players from all around the globe signed up to take part in the lucrative league’s mega auction, while BCCI later confirmed that out of those only 590 players have been shortlisted for the hammer round.

Out of 590 shortlisted, 228 cricketers are capped players while 355 are uncapped cricketers and 7 players come from Associate nations.

The social media handle of the Indian Premier League (IPL), a couple of days ago, picked the top ten draws of the IPL 2022 mega auction. The players named in top draws are the ones who have picked the interest of multiple IPL franchises.

The list includes the likes of Shreyas Iyer, Shikhar Dhawan, Mohammad Shami, Faf du Plessis, David Warner, Pat Cummins, R Ashwin, Quinton de Kock, Kagiso Rabada and Trent Boult.

All aforementioned 10 players come under the base price of INR 2 Crores. As many as 48 domestic and overseas players have registered themselves for the base price of INR 2 Crores for the IPL 2022 Mega Auction.

20 Players come under the price slab of INR 1.5 Crores while 34 players are named against the base price of INR 1 Crore.
