The world has been witnessing one of the most competitive IPL seasons to date, with three sides making it to the qualifying threshold with just 3 days remaining in the playoffs. There is still one open spot, and three teams are vying for the IPL 2023 playoff ticket.
Defending Champions Gujarat Titans, continuing their previous year’s form, are the first side to date to qualify for IPL playoffs. They have won 9 matches out of 13 and are still left with the last league game against RCB. They can decide the fate of RCB in this season of TATA IPL.
Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s Chennai Super Kings are the second team in the TATA IPL 2023 to get qualified for the Playoffs. They have won 8 out of 14 matches and are at the 2nd spot in the Points table with a decent NRR.
Lucknow Super Giants are the third to qualify for TATA IPL 2023 Playoffs. They are placed 3rd in the Points table with 17 points.

IPL 2023 Playoffs Format
The playoff matches are slated to be played at Chennai and Ahmedabad. As usual, the first match of the playoffs will be Qualifier 1 and played between Gujarat Titans and Chennai Super Kings. Winner of the Qualifier 1 will straight-forward be qualified for the Finals.
Lucknow Super Giants and fourth teams of the IPL points table will play the Eliminator match and the winner will play the loser of Qualifier 1 in Qualifier 2. The team winning in Qualifier 2 will head to the Finals.

A total of 4 matches will be played in the course of 6 days. The first two matches (Qualifier 1 and Eliminator) are slated to be played at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai. The Qualifier 2 and the Finals of the TATA IPL 2023 will be played at the iconic Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad.

- 1- Visit PayTm Insider official website and select Chennai/Ahmedabad city as the first two playoff matches are set to be played in Chennai and the last two are at Ahmedabad.
- 2- Select the TATA IPL Match; (Qualifier 1 or Eliminator or Qualifier 2 or Final).
- 3- Click on Buy ticket, select the preferred seat, and proceed with the payment. From what is known so far, ticket prices range from 2000-5000 depending on which stand one is opting for. But it should be noted that these prices do not include taxes.
- 4- Once the payment is made, the booking details will be sent to the phone number and the Email Id provided.
**Offline purchase of the tickets of IPL playoffs has been banned to avoid black marketing.
