Chennai Super Kings Might Release Ravindra Jadeja Before IPL 2023:
The Chennai Super Kings management is not on effective terms with Ravindra Jadeja. The management had a fallout with the star player and he was benched in the last few games of the tournament. Generally, the relationship between managers and players does not hamper the relationship between players but it appears as if Jaddu has estranged relations with MS Dhoni as well. If their ideas are conflicting and they fail to get on the same page, it is always better to move on. So, Jadeja is expected to be released before the IPL 2023 Auction.
He will be the most valuable player on the roster if he decides to walk away from the men in yellow. There is only one Ravindra Jadeja in India. There are many similar players like Krunal Pandya, Axar Patel, Shahbaz Ahmed, and so on, but their skills are sub-par as compared to Jaddu.
Adam Milne:
Adam Milne didn’t get many chances for the men in yellow. They bought Milne for a very low price in the accelerator part of the auction. Adam has much more in him than just getting benched. If Chennai liquidates him, there is a good chance for filling in with another foreign batter as it is Chennai’s batting that has been lagging. Adam has a good set of variations for the T20 game and he will get many takers in the IPL. The Mumbai Indians have previously shown keen interest in signing up the Kiwi.
Chennai Super Kings Might Release MS Dhoni Before IPL 2023:
The biggest surprise might be this one! MS Dhoni might also be released by the Chennai Super Kings before IPL 2023. MS Dhoni in his last IPL press conference said that he would love to be a part of the Chennai Super Kings in IPL 2023 too. So, be it as a player or something else but he said that he will be associated with the Chennai Super Kings. So, does this statement hint at the fact that MS Dhoni might be the official mentor for the CSK team in IPL 2023?
MS Dhoni would be grateful if he would get to play his farewell match at the Chidambaram Stadium but does he have the fire left in him? Also, if Dhoni plays, will he be able to give a 100% to the team? MS is a champion player and knows what he does but a question worth asking is whether this vacant position could be given to a promising youngster?
