Jasprit Bumrah to miss these games for Mumbai Indians in IPL 2025

Mumbai Indians are all set to face a massive blow in the first few games of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. As per the reports in Cricbuzz, it is learned that Jasprit Bumrah is all set to miss the first two games of the tournament owing to his back injury.

Jasprit Bumrah has been out of action since the last game of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25 in Australia. The premier pacer faced a back injury during the last game at Sydney, and after that, he hasn't played a single game as he did rehabilitation at the NCA.

Jasprit Bumrah has been undergoing rehabilitation in Bengaluru. The BCCI Sports Science chief, Nitin Patel, is closely observing the fast bowler. But in what is the positive update, the premier pacer is all set to get the fitness clearance by the end of the month.

There isn't any confirmation about when Jasprit Bumrah will join the Mumbai Indians camp. But, it is learned that he will be missing the first two games of the franchise against Chennai Super Kings in Chennai on March 23 and against Gujarat Titans in Ahmedabad on March 29.
