Jasprit Bumrah visits Manchester United’s home ground in Old Trafford.
Ace Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah visited football giant Manchester United’s Home Ground in Old Trafford, the English football club informed the fans via a social media post on Thursday.
He along with his wife were spotted in the lucrative stadium. The Football club presented Jasprit Bumrah with a personalised Manchester United jersey with his cricket number ’93’ printed on it.
“Thank you for your hospitality, @ManUtd! It was a great afternoon at the Theatre of Dreams,” wrote Bumrah in his Tweet.
Bumrah recently completed his outing in the ongoing Vivo IPL 2021. His IPL side, Mumbai Indians (MI) missed out on the playoffs this season with a few Net Run Rate points. MI finished fifth in the points table after the league stage with seven wins and as many losses in 14 matches.
The speedster himself endured a decent season in the IPL where is managed to scalp 21 wickets from 14 matches. He was quite off in his first leg in India where he only managed to pick six wickets from seven matches, however, he turned the tables by performing well in the UAE leg.

In his next assignment, Jasprit Bumrah will join team India’s biosecure bubble for the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup 2021. The showpeice event will begin on 17th October with round 1 teams competing to make their place in the Super 12s.
Team India is already placed in the Super 12s with seven other top ICC ranked T20I teams. The Super 12 matches will begin on 23rd October while India will play its opening match on 24th October against arch-rivals Pakistan.
The T20 World Cup is scheduled to take place in UAE’s three prominent cricket grounds (Sharjah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi) and in Oman’s National Cricket Academy Ground.
