The two were seen together and it’s fair to say that it was one of the headlines of the day during the game between Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023.

KKR vs RCB: Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) made a dominating comeback after suffering a loss in their first game against Punjab Kings (PBKS). They thumped Royal Challengers Bangalore by massive 81 runs to mark their first win of the IPL 2023.
Asked to bat first, it was a horrible start for them as they lost 5 wickets for just 89 runs. It seemed that they would be bundled out for a low total. But that wasn’t the case as first Rahmanullah Gurbaz played a fine knock and smashed a half-century. But after that, it was Shardul Thakur and Rinku Singh’s show.
The duo batted extremely well and stitched over 100 runs in partnership. They put RCB under pressure and took bowlers to the cleaners. While the pacer scored 68 runs in 29 balls, the left-hander smashed 46 runs. Their superlative effort with the bat helped KKR post 204 runs on the board.

It was then the class of the KKR spinner that oozed out as first Varun Chakravarthy and Sunil Narine outfoxed the RCB batter with their bag full of tricks. They picked 6 wickets between them with the Indian spinner bagging 4 wickets and Narine taking 2 wickets.
KKR then introduced impact player Suyash Sharma into the attack. The mystery spinner then asserted his authority as he picked 3 wickets to further jolt RCB whereas Shardul Thakur picked one wicket, as well as KKR, bundled out the opposition for just 123 runs to win the game by 81 runs.

KKR vs RCB: After the game, it was a delight for fans to watch as two of the biggest superstars of India in Virat Kohli and Shahrukh Khan were seen meeting each other. Notably, the Bollywood actor came to support his team Kolkata Knight Riders at Eden Gardens.
Both Kohli and Sharukh were seen giving hugs to each other, shaking their leg together, and having a fun chat. The pictures and the videos of them did rounds on Instagram. Here’s a glimpse of that.
KKR will now face Gujarat Titans in their next match at the Narendra Modi Stadium on Sunday (9th April).
