Mumbai Indians New York Franchise Draft Players: On March 19, Sunday, Reliance-owned Mumbai Indians revealed that they have acquired the New York franchise in Major League Cricket, the impending T20 league in the United States. The star team now owns a franchise in three different continents, and four countries and have marked their participation in five different leagues.
This latest addition will join Mumbai Indians One family– Mumbai Indians women, Mumbai Indians Emirates, and finally Mumbai Indians Cape Town. Major Cricket League is going to be the first T20 cricket league in the United States and it is set to begin in the summer of 2023.
However, the Mumbai Indians announced on Sunday that the New York franchise MI New York would join the inaugural season of Major League Cricket (MLC), pending the completion of customary due diligence, the negotiation and execution of definitive binding agreements, and the receipt of necessary corporate, regulatory, and third-party approvals and compliances.
