Pakistan’s T20 World Cup 2021 Schedule: The Pakistan National Men’s Cricket team will be one of the teams advancing forth as the favourites to win the ICC T20 World Cup 2021. The venues of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have served as the home base of Pakistan for a long time when other teams feared to visit Pakistan due to security issues.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Tuesday announced the complete schedule for the upcoming showpiece event scheduled to be held in the UAE and Oman. The tournament will begin on 17th October.
Pakistan will face mighty Indians in their opening match on 24th October in Dubai International Stadium. This will be a very high-pressure game because of the heat shared by both nations off the field. The last time India and Pakistan met in a T20I match, Sarfaraj Khan-led Pakistan stunned India in the final ICC 2017 Champions Trophy final. In the very recent match back in the 2019 ODI World Cup, India convincingly managed to thrash the neighbours.
