The PSL 2024 kicked off with the clash between the defending champions Lahore Kalanders and Semifinalists Islamabad United where the latter sealed sounding victory. Shaheen Shah Afridi’s Lahore Kalanders have been treated like an absolute trash this season as have lost 9 out of 10 games in the season. They could only manage to defeat Islamabad United in the reverse fixture.
Multan Sultan have been the most consistent team in the PSL as they have ended the group stage in the top two positions in each season since 2020. This season, they are right at the top with 6 wins and 3 losses and one match left in the group stage against Quetta Gladiators.

PSL 2024 Playoffs Schedule
The table topper team at the end of the group stage will compete against the second-ranked team in the qualifier match to be played on March 14. The winner(Q1) will qualify for the finals directly.
The third and fourth-ranked teams will play the Eliminator 1 round where the losing team will be eliminated and the winners(E1) will play the Eliminator 2 against the losing team of Qualifier(Q2). The winner of Eliminator 2 will play the final against the winner of Qualifier.
