Shane Warne: Australian Legendary Bowler Dies of Suspected Heart Attack.

Shane Warne, the legendary leg-spinner from Australia is no more. This news comes after his tragic death via a suspected heart attack. Warne was in Thailand when this unfortunate thing occurred.  

Warne’s management company addressed the media in a brief statement released on Friday confirming that he passed away in Koh Samui, Thailand, of a suspected heart attack. 

“Shane was found unresponsive in his villa and despite the best efforts of medical staff, he could not be revived,” Warne’s management has confirmed in a statement by the management.

Shane Warne played for Australia between 1992 and 2007. He represented the Kangaroos in 145 Test Matches and 194 One-Day Internationals. He picked a cumulative of 1001 wickets in both formats. Warne picked 708 wickets in Tests and 293 wickets in ODIs. 

Warne notably also represented the Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2008 and led the team to victory in the inaugural season.  

Shane was notably a “Party-Animal” as shared by his teammates. He was previously under the scanner for some unethical activities. Shane Warne was a big fan of beer and always celebrated the games well. Warne was an integral part of Steve Waugh’s team that dominated world cricket.  

Shane Warne has won the ODI World Cup for Australia in 1999, 2003, and 2007.
