India captain Rohit Sharma has been in the news for the last few days. There have been a lot of rumours which have suggested that the skipper of the team will be calling time on his career after the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. It was learned that irrespective of the result, he would make an announcement.

This is because Rohit Sharma hasn't been in the best of the forms. He failed in the entire Test season, both at home as well as in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25. The skipper came under a lot of pump, and some reports claimed the outcome of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 would decide his future.

In the ongoing ICC Champions Trophy 2025, Rohit Sharma has failed to get a big score on the board. The batter has been giving his team aggressive starts but has been failing to convert the starts that he has got. The highest score came against Bangladesh, as he managed just 41 runs.
