While many superstars were ruled out even before the start of the tournament, a few have suffered injuries after playing one or two games. IPL 2023: In what has been the latest development as per the reports in Sports Tak, Rajasthan Royals (RR) star batter Jos Buttler has been ruled out for at least one week due to a finger injury. The batter is expected to miss games against Delhi Capitals (DC) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK).
Buttler injured his finger while fielding during the game against Punjab Kings (PBKS). He went for the catch and in the process got his finger injured. He left the field immediately and also didn’t open the batting as it was learned that he had stitches on his injured finger.
If the reports emerge to be true, it’ll be a massive blow for Rajasthan Royals (RR) as the absence of Buttler will leave a massive void in the team. The keeper batter has been the lynchpin of their lineup and has been consistently scoring runs for the team at the top and giving them a rollicking start.
