Vivo IPL 2021: Suresh Raina delays his arrival in CSK camp once again, know the exact date

Vivo IPL 2021: Suresh Raina delays his arrival in CSK camp once again, know the exact date.

Vivo IPL 2021: Much like the earlier edition of the Indian Premier League, Chennai Super Kings is the first team to organise camps for the forthcoming edition of the cash-rich league. The two times champions initiated its 2021 camp on 09th March. The management took a decision after deliberation with MS Dhoni.

According to the reports, Suresh Raina has again postponed his arrival in the CSK camp. Initially, he was about to reach the destination on 15th March which was further extended to 21st March.

He will now join the camps on or after 24th March, informed CSK CEO Kasi Vishwanathan.

“He has some personal work to attend. Once he finishes it he will join us. He has communicated to us that he will join the camp after March 24,” Kashi told InsideSport.

MS Dhoni and Ambati Rayudu have earlier joined the camp and have been training since then. Both the senior players are working hard on their forms as none of them has played a single international game after IPL 2020.

It sometimes strange why Raina his extending his arrival date. Though the player has only played 5 games in the past year. He was also not included in the IPL 2020. He pulled back from the delayed season of the Indian Premier League citing personal reasons.

Reports suggest that Raina and CSK management has some fallout after CSK players were tested positive for the coronavirus. However, CSK CEO refrains from any issues with Raina and management. He says everything is sound between both.
