2. Team’s Best Player to Lead the Team
With Rohit and Virat Kohli retiring from T20Is, a lot of burden will come on Suryakumar Yadav’s shoulders because he will be the next player to carry India’s T20I cricket forward. He is still India’s best T20I batter, and you need someone who can lead the team from the front with his performances as well. India are set to place 35 T20Is more before the T20 World Cup 2026 at home, and as seen in the last few years, the management tends to give proper rest to the seniors, including Hardik.
