<a href="https://www.icccricketschedule.com/?s=BAN+vs+AFG+2023" rel="nofollow">BAN vs AFG 2023</a>: Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) has announced the Strong 16 members Squad for the T20I series against Bangladesh, which is scheduled from July 14th.



<a href="https://www.icccricketschedule.com/?s=Afghanistan" rel="nofollow">Afghanistan's</a> tour of Bangladesh started in June, where they played a one-off test series, and then they came home to celebrate their festival; now, The Tour will again start, but this time, they will be playing ODI and T20I series in Bangladesh.



Both the Teams will be playing two matches T20I series from July 14th, which will be played at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium, Sylhet. Before this T20I series, Afghanistan will be playing three ODI matches against Bangladesh, starting on July 5th at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chattogram.

AFG and BAN have recently played a one-off test match at Shere Bangla National Stadium, Mirpur. Bangladesh easily won this one-off test match by a massive margin of 546 runs.



The Player of this Test Match is Najmal Hossain Shanto, who scored 146 (175) &amp; 124 (151) runs in both innings. Afghanistan performed poorly in this test match as they didn't have their key players; otherwise, the results could be better.



The Last Month, Afghanistan Tour Sri Lanka for the Three matches ODI Series against Sri Lanka, and they lost the series by 2-1; the Player of The Series was Dushmantha Chameera, who took six wickets in two matches.

<a href="https://www.icccricketschedule.com/?s=PAK+vs+AFG+2023" rel="nofollow">PAK vs AFG 2023</a>: Afghanistan announced a strong 16-member Squad for the ODI Series against Pakistan:?The <a href="https://www.icccricketschedule.com/?s=Afghanistan" rel="nofollow">Afghanistan </a>Cricket Board (ACB) has announced a 16-member squad for the upcoming three-match ODI series against <a href="https://www.icccricketschedule.com/?s=Pakistan" rel="nofollow">Pakistan </a>in Sri Lanka. The series will be played from August 22 to 26, 2023.



The squad includes Players like Rahmanullah Gurbaz, Ibrahim Zadran, and Rahmat Shah, who will lead the batting line-up. The bowling attack is led by Rashid Khan, one of the world's best bowlers in all formats.



The Leg-spinner Noor Ahmad has returned to the squad after missing the recent ODI series against Bangladesh, whereas left-arm spinner Zia Ur Rahman Akbar and uncapped leg-spinner Izharulhaq Naveed have been left out. Fast bowlers Mohammad Saleem Safi and Wafadar Momand have retained their spots in the squad.



The ACB Chief Selector Asadullah Khan said that the team is focused on preparing for the upcoming Asia Cup 2023 and World Cup 2023 and that the three-match ODI series against Pakistan provides them with a wonderful opportunity to do so.

He added that the preparations for the Pakistan series are progressing well and that the team will undergo a week-long conditioning camp prior to the series.



The ODI series against Pakistan will be a good test for Afghanistan, as they will be looking to make a balanced squad for the upcoming major tournament. On the other hand, Pakistan will be looking to play against a strong spin attack to prepare themselves for Indian Conditions.

There are some new faces added to the squad for the one-off test.



Afghanistan's star spinner <a href="https://www.icccricketschedule.com/?s=Rashid+Khan" rel="nofollow">Rashid Khan </a>wasn?t added to the squad as he was still recovering from the back surgery. Rashid Khan was initially part of the squad in the India tour but later his replacement was announced by the Afghanistan Cricket Board. All-rounder Qais Ahmed has been added to the squad, they will strengthen the bowling line-up and also increase the depth in batting.



Hashmatullah Shahidi will be leading the Afghanistan Men?s Cricket Team in the one-off test match against Sri Lanka. Shahidi led the team well in the past few months but unfortunately, Afghanistan lost the three-match T20I series against India by 3-0 under the leadership of Shahidi.



The Two Young Afghani Players Naveed Zadran and Mohd. Ishaq got their maiden call for the one-off test match against Sri Lanka. Both the players have played excellent cricket in the franchise and domestic cricket therefore, they were added to the Afghanistan Men?s Cricket Test Team.

Ikram Alikhail is likely to play the one-off test match and will be doing the wicket-keeping for Afghanistan. Some of the Key players like Fazalhaq Farooqi, Mujeeb-ur-Rahman and Naveen ul Haq weren?t added to the squad as they are playing franchise cricket (ILT20 and BPL 2024).&nbsp;



It will be the inexperienced bowling unit of Afghanistan in the one-off test match against Sri Lanka. Afghanistan has played only seven test matches so far and they haven?t played a single test match against Sri Lanka before.
