PAK vs BAN: Pakistan bounced back properly in the first session of Day 3, as the seamers rattled through the defence of the Bangladeshi top order. The first day was washed out totally by rain in Rawalpindi, and Pakistan seemed disappointed by their wasted day after a first test loss in their homeland. However, the rain gods favored them as they made it to the ground on a sunny day on Day 2, where Mehidy Hasan Miraz, the Bangladesh all-rounder, gained immense success with the ball. Miraz?s 5-wicket haul alongside Taskin?s 3-fer broke the back of Pakistan?s batting order and restricted them to 274, while Bangladesh were 14/0. Then Khurram Shahzad and Mir Hamza, the two Pakistan seamers, one brought in place of <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naseem_Shah">Naseem Shah</a>, delivered with the new ball, as the bowling pair struck six times within 36 balls as he demolished the Bangladesh batters, as they ended 6/26.

With Mir Hamza finding lateral movement with the wind, he got the earlier of Zakir Hasan before finally getting him trapped in front of the wicket. The Pakistan team were then given some resistance from the Bangladesh lower-order batters, Litton Das and Mehidy Hasan Miraz, as they both added vital runs for Bangladesh to help them avoid their follow-on.

 Bangladesh now in their first innings are 118/6, with both batters still holding onto their innings at 44* and 43* for Litton and Mehidy at the time of writing.

PAK vs BAN: After Pakistan?s humiliating loss against Bangladesh in a two-match home test series, several Pakistani cricket legends have taken their toll on the Pakistani players as well as the PCB. The second test loss of Pakistan to Bangladesh by 6 wickets marked Pakistan's sixth straight loss in 10 home matches and their ninth continuous test loss as they remain winless for 1033 days now. After sharing his concern, <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Javed_Miandad">Javed Miandad</a> stepped forward with a comment. Miandad claimed that it hurts to see Pakistan cricket come to this stage, while he also praised Bangladesh?s disciplined performance. The former test captain has shown disgust over their repeated batting collapses. The second test match saw Pakistan make crucial changes to their team, as he dropped the likes of Shaheen Afridi and Naseem Shah and included the likes of spinner Abrar Ahmed. Despite having Bangladesh in a tough situation in the first innings as they were in trouble for 26/6, Litton with his splendid century and Miraz with his strong 78-run resolutely rescued them.

 Next to it, Inzamam u-Haq Pakistan?s all-format highest run-getter has slammed the batters, saying that they need to score runs more often and lead their team forward.

Also, some said that Pakistan lacks pacers like Imran Khan, Sohaib Akhtar, Wasim Akram, and Waqar Younis, and hence they should nurture their spin talents, which are to be harvested in the future. It was Younis Khan who only stood behind the team as he identified their lack of morale and mental state going through such a bad phase. Pakistan will resume their test match experience with Shan Masood as skipper against England at home on October 7th. This will be a three-match home series, and Jason Gillespie will be back after a brief holiday to his nation after both Gillespie and white ball coach Gary Kirsten have asked the PCB and the selectors to not make hasty decisions.
