Ind vs Aus: Venue of 3rd Test shifted from Dharmshala to Indore: After the Dharamsala ground was deemed unfit for the third Test of the Border Gavaskar Trophy series, the Board for Control of Cricket in India (BCCI) confirmed a different venue. On March 1, Indore will host the third test match of the four-match Test series instead since the BCCI decided that the outfield at Himachal Pradesh Stadium was subpar.



The 3rd Test of the Border-Gavaskar series has been shifted from HPCA Stadium, Dharamshala to Holkar Stadium, Indore. New drainage has just been set in place, however, the BCCI stated that because of the "severe winter conditions in the area," the "outfield lacks proper grass density and will need some time to develop fully."

"Owing to harsh winter conditions in the region, the outfield lacks sufficient grass density and will need some time to develop fully."



India have a strong record at the Holkar Stadium in Indore. The host team destroyed New Zealand by an inning and 130 runs in 2019 after crushing Bangladesh by 321 runs in 2016. The Australian team was eager to play at Dharamsala, which is nestled in the Himalayan mountain range's base. It is regarded as one of the most beautiful cricket fields in the entire globe.



It is common to test the pitch and outfield during a game once they have been rebuilt. The official stated that hasn't happened thus far. Himachal played all of their home games during the Ranji Trophy season at Nadaun as construction at Dharamshala is not finished yet.

Team India Reached Dharamshala For Match Against New Zealand: For their next fixture in the ICC ODI World Cup 2023, Team India have reached Dharamshala, a town in the lap of mountains of Himachal Pradesh. BCCI have released a video of Team India's Dharamshala touchdown and here in this post, you will watch them receive a grand welcome at Dharamshala.



India will play New Zealand on 22 October in the 21st match of the ICC ODI World Cup 2023 at the picturesque Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium (HPCA Stadium), Dharamshala. The match will start at 02:00 PM IST.



The video released by BCCI shows the scenes right after their departure from MCA Stadium, Pune. Cricket fans and ITC fans were accommodated in huge numbers outside the hotel. They got flite in Spicejet Aircraft from Pune to Dharamshala. You can also watch Shubman Gill being crazy on the camera.

Star Indian batter Virat Kohli didn't get the chance to take part in the opening match of the series due to a swollen knee problem. Jos Buttler: Jos Buttler, the white-ball captain of England didn't have a good T20i series with the bat versus India but he started off the ODI series on a positive note, scoring a good half century in Nagpur. He has scored 214 runs in 8 matches at an average of 42.8 and a strike rate of 158.51. Jos Buttler's combination of calm and aggressive batting provides stability to England's middle order and if he manages to find some consistency with the bat, then India could be in big trouble. 
Phil Salt: Explosive wicketkeeper batsman Phil Salt is looking in his explosive form with the bat at present. He didn't perform well with the bat in the first four T20i matches versus India but in the Wankhede T20i game, he scored a brilliant fifty. He has successfully transferred that momentum into the 50 over format as well as in the Nagpur ODI, he helped his team get off to a fiery start, playing a good inning of 42 runs but a miscommunication with his partner Duckett meant he got run out. 
The 28-year-old is an intelligent batter and he knows how to dominate the bowlers from the word go. He has managed to score 272 runs in his last 8 ODI outings with an average of 34 and a strike rate of 99.63 with his aggressive style. Philip Salt can do something different with his bat even in today's match.
