UP Warriorz didn't have go-to innings from a veteran player in both matches. Their highest run-scorer is 20-year-old Shweta Sehrawat who has scored 76 runs. They are not even getting much help from their bowlers, and the skipper and management really need to look forward and address the issues.

Alyssa Healy won the toss and opted to bowl first. Mumbai Indians started with a high strike rate and added 46 runs in 7 overs. Even after the fall of the first wicket, Mathews kept on smashing boundaries with ease and Mumbai reached 80 after 11 overs. As soon as Hayley Matthews was dismissed by Gayakwad, the UP Warriorz were back in the game and picked up wickets at regular intervals. 



After the dismissal of Kerr, MI were 134, and then a crucial cameo of Issy Wong saved Mumbai at the moment. MI ended on 162 runs after 20 overs on a slow pitch but it looked like a decent target to defend, but not for long. Vrinda Dinesh got injured during fielding and replacing her, Kiran Navgire opened the UP innings with Alyssa Healy.



We saw glimpses of Alyssa Healy's power-hitting and the raw strength of Navgire. MI were sluggish on the field and missed out on a couple of chances but Kiran Navgire stole to show. She smashed four SIXES and six FOURS and amassed 57 off 31 balls. UP Warriorz already collected 98 runs in 11 overs in loss of three wickets. They needed 65 more runs off 54 balls and then Grace Harris and Deepti Sharma switched the power-hitting mode.

This duo ensured no further damage and collected runs all around the park. They smashed the required 65 runs off just 35 balls and won the game with 21 balls left. UP Warriorz defeated Mumbai Indians by 7 wickets.

Not only this, it is learned that India also won't be playing any warmup matches ahead of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. This is because all the teams will be in Pakistan, and hence, it will be difficult for the International Cricket Council (ICC) to arrange the warmup match. 
The reports added that India team management is happy with the net session ahead of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. This is because they will be playing the three-match ODI series against England, which will begin on 6th February across three venues in India. 
Apart from this, it is reported that the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 won't be having a captain photoshoot because of the different challenges along with the different arrivals of the team. This means that Rohit Sharma won't be travelling to Pakistan for this and will be staying in Dubai with the team. 
The opening ceremony of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 will be held in Lahore. There were talks of having the event in Karachi but the Pakistan Cricket Board decided to host it in Lahore.

India has been without the services of Rinku Singh for the last two games of the IND vs ENG series. The left-hander sustained a low back spasm while fielding in the first game and was then ruled out of the next two games of the series as he was under the observation of the BCCI medical team. 
In his place, the India team added Dhruv Jurel to the XI, and the move didn't pay off. The keeper-batter batted lower down the order and struggled to get going in both games, and it potentially cost them the last match of the series.
