Rahim scored 191 runs off 341 balls, with 22 fours and one six.

It is also the highest seventh-wicket stand against <a href="https://www.icccricketschedule.com/category/cricket-team/icc-teams/pakistan/" data-type="link" data-id="https://www.icccricketschedule.com/category/cricket-team/icc-teams/pakistan/">Pakistan </a>in Tests. Adding to that, with his 191-run knock in the ongoing <a href="https://www.icccricketschedule.com/pak-vs-ban-pakistan-vs-bangladesh-head-to-head-record-in-test-most-runs-most-wickets-and-other-records/" data-type="link" data-id="https://www.icccricketschedule.com/pak-vs-ban-pakistan-vs-bangladesh-head-to-head-record-in-test-most-runs-most-wickets-and-other-records/">PAK vs BAN test</a>, Mushfiqur scored his 11th Test ton and went past Tamim Iqbal's tally (10). Rahim has now the second-most Test ton for Bangladesh.

Mushfiqur Rahim also became the oldest Bangladeshi batter (37 years and 104 days) to score a Test century.

He also became only the second Bangladeshi batter to complete 15000 runs in international cricket. Rahim has now scored 15159 runs and is only behind Tamim Iqbal (15249) for most runs for Bangladesh in international cricket.
