Top 10 Highest Paid International Cricket Coaches in the year 2021.
Cricket might seem like a game of 11 players on each side competing to get victorious however this is not the reality. We always see 11 players in a team and they have their roles with them. Some have the responsibility to score runs while some have the onus to dismiss the opponents with their bowling.
However, the process behind these 11 on-field players is immense. A coach is someone who is effective with all the background processes to shape these players into match winners. The support staff (also known as the coaches) analyse the game, strategise things and bring a simple yet efficacious game plan to overcome the opponent.
The coaches were also players at some point in their career and know what challenges a cricketer faces during their days. They use all the knowledge and experiences to groom the players in such a way that they can take quick on-field decisions with high precision.
Here in this article, we will take a look at top 10 Highest Paid International Cricket Coaches in the year 2021.

Former Indian cricketer, Lalchand Rajput was handed the reins of the Zimbabwe Cricket team back in 2018 from Heath Streak. The board expected to see some progress, however, Rajput has failed to change the fate of the team till now.

West Indies was definitely the powerhouse of cricket when the likes of Vivian Richards, Brian Lara, Clive Lloyd etc used to play however this is no longer the case. CWI has failed to keep up with the momentum produced by their former cricketers.

The likes of Kieron Pollard, Shimron Hetmyre, Nicholas Pooran, Andre Russell are counted in the world’s best T20 players.
Phil Simmons was appointed the head coach of the West Indies men’s cricket team in 2019 after the end of Floyd Reifer’s tenure. It would be safe to say that Simmons has done fairly decent work till now.
There is certainly very little cricket happening during these last two years but West Indies have successfully thrashed Bangladesh and Sri Lanka earlier this year.
West Indies are also the defending champions of the ICC T20 World Cup 2016 and Simmons will focus more on retaining the marquee ICC trophy this time also. For his contract with Cricket West Indies, Simmins fetches $ 0.09 Million annually.
