The National Women’s team of Pakistan are set to host the Women’s Teams of West Indies for a three match ODI series and a five match T20i series in Pakistan. The ODI series which is a part of the 2022-25 ICC Women’s Championship will start from 18th April and the final ODI will be played on 23rd April. Post the conclusion of the ODI series, the five match T20i series will start from 26th April and the 5th and the final match will be played on 3rd May. The National Bank Stadium (NBS) of Karachi will be playing host to all of these eight white ball matches.
The first two One Day International matches between the two teams will start at 10:00am IST and the third and the final ODI will start at 4:00pm IST. The five T20 International games will kick off at 8:00pm IST.
The Women’s team of Pakistan are currently at the third position in the 2022-25 ICC Women’s Championship overall standings with 16 points next to their name in 18 games. The West Indies Women on the other hand are at the ninth position having managed to get just eight points in 12 games.
Talking about the ICC Women’s T20 International rankings, the women in Green are sitting at the eighth spot while the West Indies women have occupied the sixth position.
West Indies women’s upcoming tour of Pakistan is their second tour since 2021. The 2016 Women’s T20 World Cup winners played three One Day International Games against the Women in Green in Karachi in 2021. The West Indies series is also the fourth women’s series which the PCB are hosting at home. Sri Lankan Women’s in June 2022, Ireland Women’s in November 2022 and South Africa Women’s in September 2023 are the teams which have previously toured Pakistan.
The Women in Green will be traveling to England in May later this year for their final 2022-25 ICC Women’s Championship series.

This series will also assist the selectors in picking up the best performing players for the 2024 Women’s T20 World Cup.”
