WI vs IND 2023 Schedule for Test, ODI & T20Is, India tour of West Indies 2023: With team India’s ICC World Test Championship (WTC) 2023 Final duties reaching its culmination, the time has come for some bilateral action. The Indian players have received a breather of a month before they prepare for the tour of the West Indies. Team India is set to tour West Indies in the month of July for all-format games.
While the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has shared the itinerary for the West Indies and the USA tour on June 12, Monday. Team The India tour of West Indies will commence on July 12th while the final fixture of the tour will be held on August 13.
The tour of the West Indies and the USA will have two red-ball games along with three ODIs and five Twenty-20 Internationals. Out of five T20Is, two will be played in the United States of America (USA) at the Central Broward Park & Broward County Stadium in Lauderhill, Florida.
Notably, when India visited the USA last year for a couple of T20I games against the West Indies, they had to face visa issues, which created a huge mess. However, the timely intervention of Guyana’s President solved the visa issue.
India’s all-format tour of the West Indies will begin with the test series followed by the ODIs and then the five T20Is to complete the visit. The two red-ball matches will be staged at Windsor Park and the Queen’s Park Oval while the limited-over matches will be held in Barbados, Trinidad, and Guyana.
India and West Indies will then fly to the USA for the final two T20Is of the five-match series which will be held in Florida.
