One of the heroes for India during the fourth IND vs ENG T20I series was Shivam Dube

The T20I series between India and England is all set to reach a conclusion. The fifth game of the five-match series, which will be a dead rubber between the teams, is scheduled to take place on Sunday (2nd February) at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

India has already won the five-match T20I series against England. They won the fourth game of the series by 15 runs and took an unassailable lead of 3-1 in the series. They now would be keen to win the last game as well and seal the five-match series by the margin of 4-1.

One of the heroes for India during the fourth IND vs ENG T20I series was Shivam Dube. The all-rounder was drafted into the team as a replacement for Nitish Kumar Reddy and then got the opportunity to play in the 4th game, which took place at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune.

On his comeback game for India, Shivam Dube set the stage on fire and made sure that bails the team out of trouble. He came to bat when India was under massive pressure and lost four quick wickets. The Southpaw soaked in all the pressure and took a team to the big total.

Shivam Dube slammed a terrific half-century and, in particular, targeted Adil Rashid. The lanky batter was all over the opposition and hit the bowlers all around the park. He played an innings of 53 runs and helped India post a total of 181 runs, which at one moment seemed impossible.

During his innings, Shivam Dube was also at the receiving end of a nasty blow. He was hit on the head during the last over, after which he faced a concussion and then was replaced by Harshit Rana, who made his debut for the team and picked three wickets to help the team win.

With Shivam Dube facing a concussion, there is a lot of speculation about whether the all-rounder will be fit for the next game or not. However, as per the reports in the Times of India, he will be missing the next match, which will be a dead rubber.

The reports added that if Shivam Dube will be unavailable then Ramandeep Singh is expected to replace him in the team. The Punjab all-rounder made his debut for India in the T20I series against South Africa and looked decent with the bat and ball.
