WPL 2025 Schedule, Teams and Fixture, Venues and Points Table | Women's Premier League 2025
WPL 2025: The Women's Premier League (WPL) 2025 is set to bring an electrifying season of cricket, with matches scheduled from February 14 to March 15 across four venues. Organized by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), this will be the third edition of the tournament, which has quickly become the most prestigious T20 league for women cricketers worldwide.
The tournament starts with defending champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) taking on Gujarat Giants (GG) at the brand-new BCA Stadium in Vadodara. The city will host the first six matches before the tournament moves to Bengaluru, where cricket fans will witness their home team RCB in action at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. The excitement then shifts to Lucknow, marking the city’s debut as a WPL venue, before concluding in Mumbai, where the Eliminator and Final will take place at the iconic Cricket Club of India (CCI) Stadium.
This year’s WPL follows a single round-robin format, with each team facing the others once in the league stage. The table-topper directly qualifies for the final, while the second—and third-placed teams battle it out in the Eliminator on March 13 for a spot in the final. This system ensures intense competition, as every match will be crucial in deciding the ultimate champion.
With an action-packed schedule, the WPL 2025 is expected to showcase high-quality performances from some of the world's best cricketers. The league has played a significant role in elevating women’s cricket, providing a platform for young Indian talents to compete alongside international stars. The upcoming season is set to continue that tradition with edge-of-the-seat action and memorable moments.
